Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be refunded. If a match is postponed by more than 36 hours from its scheduled time, the bet will be voided. However, if a match is suspended after it has started and resumes within 24 hours, the result will stand.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Promotional codes cannot be used more than once.
